Our contests bring an extra level of excitement and creativity to rocketry. Members design, build, and launch rockets to meet specific challenges, from precision flights to fun themed competitions. These events encourage innovation, friendly competition, and a chance for rocketeers of all skill levels to test their ideas and skills.       .....we expect more to come sometime in the future

Third Annual Potluck, Swap Meet & Rocket Shoppe Clean up!

It’s going to be a fantastic opportunity to come together, enjoy some delicious food, and share our love of rocketry in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.

When: Sunday October 10th from 1pm to 7pm

Where: Rocket Shoppe

What’s Happening:

Potluck: Bring your favorite dish or drink to share! Please include a note about any common allergens or preferences (like nuts, dairy, gluten, or vegetarianism).

Swap Meet: Got extra rocketry parts, kits, or gear collecting dust? Bring them along to sell, trade, or give away! This is a great chance to pass along items you no longer need and maybe pick up something new for your next project.

Shoppe Cleanup: the multiple group projects this year have taken a toll on the Rocket Shoppe and a little “Teamwork makes the dream work” is needed.

Outdoor Fun: We’ll have BBQ on the grill, plus outdoor games. 

This is a wonderful chance to meet fellow rocket enthusiasts, share your knowledge, and enjoy some good company in the process. Whether you're new to the hobby or a seasoned pro, we’d love to see you there.

Please help us out by letting us know you are coming so that I can plan ahead for food/tables/chairs/etc and also let us know what food or drink you plan to bring, that would be cool. Please fill out the survey: here to RSVP and tell us what food you plan to bring
